Read-only guideDaily Activities
Assesses ability to complete activities of daily living (ADLs) — this is the core section that most heavily influences the algorithm's classification outcome.
What to expect
This is the most important section of the assessment. For each daily activity (walking, bathing, dressing, eating, housework, etc.), the assessor asks four questions: Can you do it? Who helps you? Is the help enough? Any details? Your answers here directly feed the algorithm that determines your support level.
Preparation highlights
- Think through each daily activity honestly
- Note which activities you need help with
- List who currently helps you with each activity
